Something seems off..I’ve ordered a lot from this company
I’ve been ordering from the site for about a year. Shipping has been quick products seemed good and prices were great. But lately something feels off. The company had a big push to have transparency in COAs, which sounds great, but I’m not sure if they are valid. My last couple orders have been odd with no communication when I reach out to the company. Specifically the backwater now comes in plastic bottles, but shows glass on the website. Further, I ordered Kisspeptin and it would not reconstitute. After a day it was very cloudy and had visible particulate in it once reconstituted. The company will not answer my communication attempts for a refund. I’m not sure how reputable this site is now.
