Customer service extraordinaire!!!
I have recommend Polaris based on product integrity alone many times. Recently, I experienced a shipping issue. I contacted Polaris on what I should do next and without fail, they were on it. The response time to my inquiry was minutes, not days. The resolution to the issue came almost immediately. You just don't find that kind of customer service these days. Perfect. I'D GIVE TEN STARS IF I COULD.

Spent 600 dollars every 2 months or so…
Spent 600 dollars every 2 months or so on 2 35mg of retatrutide. 2 vial cloudy and unable to reconstitute. Pressure in vial after a few days. Couldn’t draw it out. Contacted Polaris. I was ready to send it back to them for testing and exchange. They blamed it on me and declined. The lost another customer. Smug and rude in their response. Easy to find many other providers with better prices and likely cleaner products.
